If you are looking for guidance to help to attain your fitness goals, this site is where I will be sharing all of my health and fitness knowledge! Rowing harder doesn’t help if the boat is headed in the wrong direction. We spend so much time, energy and money trying to get either the bodies we want or the healthier lives we want to live. Nothing in life worth having is easy, ever! I hate seeing people spend gobs of money on supplements that do not work, “Cookie-Cutter” diets and training routines that are not designed uniquely for them. I am sure most of us have all been there. The best way to approach total body health and wellness can be summed up like this: Keep it basic, simple, and intense! With my services, you will be given the tools needed to stay on track and get results you deserve.
As a kid, I grew up in a somewhat broken home without anyone to look up to for guidance. I naturally drifted in and out of crowds with no real meaning to my life. I was such a introvert that making (let alone keeping) friends was near impossible for me. The one friend I could always rely on was the television and what ever junk food found it’s way onto my lap. I was always the smallest kid in my class, along with rock bottom self esteem. Of course I was always that kid who got picked last to play any sports so I didn’t want anything to do with them.
It wasn’t until I was a freshmen in high school that I realized something had to change. A few kids told me to go tryout for the football team, and I did. I made a complete fool out of myself and walked off the field after about 20 minutes. I was so emotionally crushed as I did not even try to go back the next day. During that winter season, something inside of me switched. I was sick of always being made fun of, and judged for how I looked. I remember watching an old Rocky movie over at a friends house and that was the moment when I knew what I had to do. I began surfing the internet and reading countless magazines on how to eat healthier and build muscle naturally.
I’ll admit I wasn’t the best at it, but I never gave up. I wanted to become the biggest, fastest, and strongest I could be. All alone, I started staying after school and putting in the extra hours in the weight room. During that next football season, I went back about 25 lb. heavier. As the strongest kid on the team for once, I played football for the remainder of high school. From then on out, I wanted to become the best life time natural bodybuilder I can be.
As a competitive bodybuilder, I’ve worked hard to get to where I am today, but it hasn’t been easy. I’ve made many mistakes along the way, and have learned from them. I want to build a community of people who strive towards the same goals! You will have access to my life changing nutritional and training plans for adding muscle and shedding fat. I would love to play a role in reaching your goals and look forward to interacting with each and every one of you!
Take care, stay strong and God Bless!
