Exercise & Movement

Our individualized workouts take a total-body approach with a focus on movement, not just muscles.  We offer many different types of exercise to accommodate clients with various needs, goals and stress levels.

Nutrition & Lifestyle

You are not only what you eat, but also when you eat and what you digest. Optimal health and vitality, as well as stress and disease prevention, result from healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise.

What Makes Us Unique?

On-going education, professional relationships with world-class experts and cutting edge nutrition research – not mainstream education or ‘research’ with hidden corporate agendas from the commercial food and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Unlike the majority of fitness trainers, dietitians and nutrition ‘experts’ in this country – we teach by example.  We are healthy, lean, fit and practice what we preach.

Dieting Philosophy

Clean eating vs. IIFYM? Heres the deal, all diets work generally on the same principle, by restricting food intake in some manner in order to maximize your health or performance benefits from the food that you eat. It’s important to understand that any diet, if done right, tends to end up looking very similar to most. It’s not the path that matters – it’s the destination that you arrive at. Strict adherence to any diet is often unhealthy, and finding a diet that fits well with your psychological profile is more important than anything else.
