Owner / Personal Trainer / Nutrition Coach

With over 15 years of experience in the industry as a coach, trainer, powerlifter and natural bodybuilder, Joe was voted the number one personal trainer in Metro Detroit in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. With a degree in Exercise Science as well as a half dozen nationally accredited certifications, he embraces metabolic individuality and provides a step by step method that allows his clients to achieve repeatable, consistent and successful clinical outcomes. Joe is a life-time natural competitive bodybuilder, who practices what he preaches. He personally enjoys fishing, snowboarding, and powerlifting.

Personal Trainer / Nutrition Coach

As a retired science teacher of 27 years, shelly is a nationally accredited ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. With over six years of experience as a personal trainer, shelly has adopted Joe’s style of training and shares a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. She utilizes a variety of exercises and weight training techniques to safely and effectively help her clients. Shelly enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels. She personally enjoys cycling, kayaking, and being outdoors.
